I was the grand prize winner of Oakland Digital's 2017 Inspire Oakland billboard design contest. My design was featured on multiple billboards around Oakland as well as bus bench ads. I also redesigned my billboard to be the face of Oakland Digital's 2017 Inspiration Awards ceremony.
I was the grand prize winner of Oakland Digital's 2017 Inspire Oakland billboard design contest. My design was featured on several billboards around Oakland including the Oracle Arena and Bluebottle HQ. An edited version of this piece was also used as the branding for the Inspiration Awards 2017.
This design was inspired by the creativity that IS Oakland. My life in the East Bay inspires me with colors, cultures, and beautiful art filling the streets. There is an undeniable pulse of creativity in Oakland and my goal was to communicate this.
